Introduction
We are proud to announce that the Herts & Beds CE Club Awards are now open and we have 3 categories this year:-
- Excellence in Innovation
- Excellence in Collaboration
- Project of the Year
The Awards Event will take place at BRE Innovation Park where we will also get the opportunity to see some of the new buildings that have been recently constructed .
These awards are important not only to the Club and our Members but also to highlight innovation in construction within the Herts & Beds area and celebrate our successes.
Winners of the local Club event will also be judged in the East of England Regional Awards and these winners will go forward to the prestigious National Constructing Excellence Awards later in the year.
These highly recognised National Awards get plenty of national press coverage and your project will also act as an exemplary project for the Club and it’s Members.
Category Details/Criteria
The awards are free to enter and we will be looking at these key areas:-
Excellence in Innovation:
- Product development and use
- Research and education
- Process re-engineering and enhancement
- Digital construction
Excellence in Collaboration:
- Stakeholder involvement and engagement
- Efficient and effective procurement
- Outcome led objectives
Project of the Year
- Attention to health, safety, and wellbeing
- Innovation and transformation
- Offsite construction and modern methods of construction
- Digital adoption and innovation
- Contribution to sustainability and net zero targets
- Value for money
- Best practice in integration and collaboration
- Outstanding leadership in the industry
We encourage you to submit entries across several categories and we hope to develop the awards programme next year by offering more categories.
The company and/or project must be in the Herts & Beds area.
